As they say in the video, Intention is the cause always. Getting clear on your intention is the first step in gaining control of your life. The next step is identifying your needs ahead of the intention and determining whether you can meet those needs on your own or if you need support. Sometimes it’s just a matter of asking.
The workbook examines your goals and sets them out in a logical format so that you can gain clarity on the steps necessary to achieve them.
And it goes a step further to examine your intentions and how your goal impacts your life in a real way.
Our goals should light us up and make us excited to achieve them. Often we are fired up in our mind and we ignore the parts of ourselves that think it can’t be done.
Unfortunately this leads to self sabotage.
By examining your intention, you give voice to the parts of you that are fearful and in the process you gain understanding so that you can work with fear and transform it into courageous and inspired action.
